zones
A zone is either the points of the current *glyph, or the set of font-wide *Twilight points. The TrueType *hinting processor maintains 3 zone pointers (zp0, zp1, zp2) in the *graphics state. They either point to the *Twilight Zone (zone 0) or to the current *glyph (zone 1), and are used by many TrueType instructions in conjunction with the *reference points, to manipulate points. Zone pointers are set with the instructions SZP0, SZP1, SZP2 and SZPS (the last one sets all zone pointers to the value popped off the stack).
